Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or downgrade to Free at any time from your admin dashboard. When upgrading, your new features activate immediately. When downgrading, your current billing period will complete before the change takes effect.
What counts as a team member?
A team member is anyone whose email address is added to your organization in cmail. This includes anyone whose inbox cmail scans and drafts replies for. Admin-only users who don't have email scanning enabled do not count toward your limit on the Free plan.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card, no payment information, and no commitment. Sign up with just your email address and start drafting immediately.
What happens when I hit the free tier limits?
When you reach the daily email drafting limit on the Free plan, AI drafting pauses until the next day. All your data, classifications, and pipeline information are preserved. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to remove the limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. Your account will remain on Pro until the end of your current billing period, then automatically switch to the Free plan.
